While I review over everything I plan to do and what I don't plan to do my final checks will mostly involve watching out for errors. These errors may include things such as image embed failures, Audio distortions, etc. This final check won't take too long to finish, and it will mean that the commercial is my best effort. If I do notice any of these errors, they are simple fixes. For image embed failures I can just use a different image entirely or try to re post it quickly. However, fixing audio distortions will be a little harder as that will require me to use a decent editing tool to get out any distortions. I can probably achieve this by changing the tone of the voice or adding an ai voice over. Since the commercial will only be 60 seconds it will be a lot easier to keep track of all the audio and making sure everything is tuned properly. The only way that audio issues would occur is if the port from my camera to my computer messes up. If I can't fix an error at all I will just cut out the entire scene since it might lead to me getting a worse grade than if I just didn't have it in. That will have to be a last resort though since cutting out content could lead to parts seeming rushed or not explained thoroughly enough. I will continue on from errors to making sure I had some decent variety of camera angles and make sure I wasn't just using the same on the whole time. This is to just make the commercial a bit more diverse, so it keeps the attention of the watcher better. Besides doing that I will also note any final errors I made while reading my script aloud. Making one or two errors likely won't lead to a worse grade but going off script completely shouldn't happen. This is to prevent confusion in case I would have to show my script to the instructor. Doing any of these in my final check must have meant I missed them somehow during my original viewing so they will likely be deeper problems to fix. Such that they might not be fixable at the school so I will do my final check at home. I'll use any editing software that I am familiar with to do a quick fix of everything. The last thing I will do is make sure everything is labeled and named properly to avoid confusion; and I will be finished.
