Production Blog - Almost done

 We finally managed to finish all the scenes. We only had to redo three scenes that were only flashbacks. Together we only had to redo 2 scenes which were fairly easy to redo. I bought myself a guitar so I could film the tree scene better since the guitar I used before sucked. I bought a rental guitar for a day and just used it as a prop. I also changed my outfit since it didn't really match with anyone else. The editing was finished and wasn't that hard to do since we only needed to stitch everything together. My friend Daniel did most of the difficult editing and even then, it wasn't that hard. We made sure to double check everything to make sure nothing was bugged. For one scene we noticed a bit of an audio bug, but we just hid that with outside sounds. I also decided to cut out a scene that wasn't the right camera angle that we wanted. Genre - Comedy

Comedy  is a  movie genre  that is intended to make audiences laugh and amuse them. Comedy films are designed to be funny and entertaining. These films can take many forms, including  stand-up comedy ,  sketch comedy ,  sitcoms , and  comedic films.  The comedy genre is defined by events that are intended to make someone laugh. It doesn't matter if the story is macabre, droll, or zany. They use camera angels like, wide shots, medium shots, then they use things like The push, this is used to really display a characters comedic reaction. They will usually wear goofy outfits like clown suits, props that are wiggly and sound funny like an airhorn. They will edit peoples faces or bodily features to look wonky and out of proportion. They will often add in Non-Diegetic sounds like laugh tracks to make the film seem funnier. I like the humor and that I usually don't have to take it serious. Group Blog

 As of today Me, Daniel, Jacob, and Myles will be working together for our music video. We will have to find good days to meet up since we don't exactly live near each other. We also have to manage our time, so we won't have to do everything last second. Together as a group we decided to do the song "Yesterday by The Beatles." It's a beautiful short song that represents as a general our types of music. It's also a older popular song so it's pretty easy to recognize. We decided to separate our work, so we don't all have to do stuff separately to save time. My friend Myles will be the cameraman since he has the best camera and prefers not to be in the video. Since The Beatles music videos are very chill and relaxing so will our music video recreation. Daniel will buy resources for us to use to make the music video higher quality.
